The First Domino Method™ is a phased, health-first system — not life coaching and not a one-size-fits-all program. We don’t try to fix your mindset, relationships, career, or faith directly. We fix the foundation those things depend on. The entire program lives inside the first domino: your body and health. Inside that domino, we work through clearly-defined phases for: • Strength training • Daily movement and cardiovascular health • Strategic supplementation • Recovery and lifestyle structure, and • A structured nutrition system – where your favorite foods are built into your daily calories Each area progresses through specific phases — based on your experience, health history, and current habits – until new habits and skills become ingrained and sustainable. You start where you need to start. Progression is always earned. As your body becomes stronger, leaner, and more reliable — with more energy, better sleep, and real physical capacity — the effects spill over. Men stop drifting. Discipline sharpens. Confidence stops being forced. Relationships, work, faith, and direction begin to change — not because we coach them directly – but because the body is no longer the limiting factor. This program exists because I spent 15+ years trying to figure things out on my own - and I want to save you years of frustration, inconsistency, or worse, giving up altogether. I wasn’t lazy or incapable. I just lacked structure, clarity, or accountability to follow through — and that cost me time I can’t get back. Fixing my health and body was the first domino that changed everything — my confidence, my faith, my relationships, and eventually the direction of my life.
